As Margaret texted clock times at 1:30 on a recent Sunday afternoon, just before Holy Week, to ask if said Mr MM and I would suggest a hastily arranged dinner that night, it sounded strange in a good way to join. He was home visiting the UK Esquire Magazine Food Editor and author Tom Parker-Bowles, was in town for a whirlwind visit to check out Filipino food for an upcoming article.
