Shiney Ahuja gets Bail in Rape Case

Almost one month after the trial court found him guilty of rape of the maid, was Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja today (April 27) asked for a period of Mumbai High Court while the question of safety, Justice AR Joshi shiney, provide a guarantee of Rs 50.000 . 
The judge found that the care provided was needed now, been convicted as already said, but it does not leave the country without prior permission of the court.

Shiney was reviewed by the Sessions Court here on 30 March convicted and he appealed to the Supreme Court.

Seeking security for his client, the lawyer shiney happy, Senior Consultant Shirish Gupte, said the perpetrator was convicted even though there is no allegation of rape against him. The victim had told the trial court that there is no contact or rape, and gave a false statement about the magnitude of Rekha Mane, who was allegedly a feud with shiney police.

The trial court sentenced shiney rigorous imprisonment of seven years is based on circumstantial evidence, even though the complainant turned hostile during the trial.
